? Englewood Motorcyclist Killed In Crash Outside Hospital, Witnesses Sought
A 26-year-old motorcyclist died in a spill outside Englewood Hospital and Medical Center, said authorities who are seeking witnesses. City resident Yeison Velasquez apparently lost control of the cycle and went down on North Dean Street at 7:45 p.m. Friday, May 24, police said. He died a short time later at the hospital, they said. NOTE: Englewood Police Chiet Thomas Greeley asked that anyone who might have witnessed the crash -- or has any other information that could help investigators -- contact his Traffic Bureau at (201) 568-2863 or tb@englewoodpd.org.

In 2015, Sue Quackenbush lost her son, Eric, to suicide. Ten months later, her other son, Michael, a US Marine and combat veteran, died in an accident. Now, Quackenbush, of West Chester, PA, is desperate to find her 37-year-old Willingboro, NJ daughter, Danielle Lopez, who has been missing since April 13. Oakland Man, 55, Charged With Threatening To Shoot Police, Prosecutor Announces
A 55-year-old Oakland man was charged with threatening to shoot police, Bergen County Prosecutor Mark Musella announced on Friday, May 24. Todd Gentile was responsible for “an emerging pattern of social media posts threatening to shoot law enforcement officers,” the prosecutor said. Gentile had been in the Bergen County Jail following a similar arrest for making terroristic threats earlier this month, records show. He remained held Friday pending a first appearance in Central Judicial Processing Court in Hackensack.

Young Paterson Teen Shot In Leg
A 13-year-old Paterson resident was shot in the leg, responders said. The Putnam Street teen told police the shooting occurred up the block near a train trestle at River Street around 5:15 p.m. Wednesday, May 22. Passaic County Prosecutor Camelia M.
